HOW TO GET HERE
Casa Dos Castanheiros is located 25 minutes from Lajes airport. We recommend that you rent a car to explore the island independently. We also offer round trip transfer to the airport or marina. Just contact us and we will assist you with the details.

The closest airport is Lajes, located 25 min from the guesthouse. Direct flight from the continent, the United States and Canada. The locals companies are TAP and Azores Airlines.

By SEA
You can also reach the island by ferry from the others islands. Once you arrive at the port, we can arrange transportation to the guesthouse.

RENT A CAR
We strongly advise you to rent a car for your stay. Otherwise, we can organize shuttles and island tours for groups of up to 4 people. We provide free parking in the street for our guests.
